  • Responsible for client contact and coordination between the architect, designers, and engineers
  • Assisting the Senior Project Manager of preconstruction activities include estimating, coordination of drawings and details, preparation of bid packages, and bidding Assisting the Senior Estimator for all commercial and residential projects
  • Management of construction activities include estimating changes, tracking construction schedule, labor and material cost control, billings, overall review of RFIs and submittals, leading OAC meetings
  • Responsible for processing, tracking and closing of Requests for Information & Requests for Change Orders on multiple jobs and present changes to owners
  • Works with multiple superintendents on multiple jobs
  • Lead OAC meetings, recorded and tracked meeting minutes
  • Assist with in-house staff of project managers, project engineers, and accounting department
