Experience:
With more than thirty years of planning and construction experience, Michael assists clients seeking to develop, remodel, or restore unique properties. He coordinates solutions for everything from red-tagged properties, to lots that need extensive site improvements, to construction projects that demand the involvement of an army of specialists due to requirements placed by any variety of federal, state and local government agencies.
Mike has served as a planner and building inspector for the City of Santa Clara, and as the Planning Director for the cities of East Palo Alto and Half Moon Bay. He also spent a year working as Interim Planning Director for San Benito County. Michael also worked locally with Hamilton/Swift Consultants, assisting with their more difficult land use and development projects.
