Ground Breaking at Santa Cruz Medical Foundation Chanticleer Avenue.

Research Park is a state-of-the-art medical facility built in 2006. This 12,000 sq. ft. project demanded the negotiation of multiple layers of permitting, including ADA rules so new that the County hadn't yet codified them. Despite permitting delays, the project was completed on time and within budget.
