This landmark project at the corner of Pacific and Church Streets in downtown Santa Cruz will include 62,000 sq. ft. of shopping and office space. Slatter negotiated with the City to define a project plan that could proceed smoothly and construction is moving forward on time, with a scheduled completion date in late 2007.
