This 2700 square foot, two-story office building was erected in 2005.
This mixed-use building offers commercial space downstairs and a residential unit above. At the client’s request work was done on an expedited schedule to complete the project in just five months.
This mixed-use project required new construction of one building with commercial space on the ground floor and two rental units above, and a tenant improvement job for the second building. Together, they now house The Pain Clinic in Aptos.
The tenant improvement job involved a run down building with an historic appearance. To protect the look of the building and bring it up to code, Slatter built a new foundation and replaced walls without altering the façade.
